Under the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA), all contact lens sellers are required to verify a customer’s prescription before selling lenses.
Please provide a copy of your contact lens prescription (photo, image, or scan) for verification.

Prescription verification is the process of confirming that the contact‑lens prescription you submit matches the valid prescription issued by your licensed eye‑care professional.
It ensures you receive lenses suited to your vision, comply with legal requirements, and support your optimal eye health.

Why is Prescription Verification Required?
Verification is necessary to make sure customers receive the correct lenses according to their eye‑doctor’s prescription.
It helps avoid problems such as eye strain, discomfort, or improper vision correction.

How to Submit Your Prescription for Verification
You may submit your prescription by either of the following methods:
- Reply to your order‑confirmation email and attach your prescription.
- Email your prescription (photo, image, or scan) to our Customer Service Team at eyemellow.official@gmail.com, including your order number.
